DeTracker is not a simple "ad-blocker". It is a decentralized security engine that uses an Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) and Deterministic Finite Automata (DFA) to identify and neutralize malicious behavioral patterns in real-time.
Traditional blockers rely on static blacklists that are often outdated. DeTracker observes the trajectory of script behavior:
- EKF Engine: A mathematical model that calculates the probability of malice based on injection speed, interaction volume, and cross-site intent.
- Surgical DOM Defense: Automatically identifies and destroys invisible overlays and click-hijackers.
- P2P Swarm: When one peer identifies a new threat, the "imprint" is shared across the swarm via WebRTC, protecting everyone instantly without a central server.
- Local Execution: The EKF/WASM engine runs entirely in your browser.
- No Personal Data: The swarm only shares "Behavioral Imprints" (mathematical hashes of script behavior), never your history or identity.
- Open Transparency: Audit every block through the Forensic Dashboard.
- Core: JavaScript / WebAssembly (EKF Engine)
- P2P: WebRTC / WebSocket Signaling
- Storage: IndexedDB (Massive Forensic Logs)
- Network: Chrome Declarative Net Request (DNR)
This project is built for users who want to take back control of their browsing experience.
