Description
We need to combine the logic for controller metrics and holder metrics into a single entity, allowing for the creation of both perpetual and TTL metrics.
This unification is necessary to provide a single point for creating and managing File.d metrics. This entity will also include additional parameters, such as metric label length limits. Additionally, the architecture needs to include metric buffering capabilities to avoid calling Prometheus client methods every time, which leads to increased resource usage.
