Description

This PR brings the following commits from equations parser repo:

• Create calculate(string) function
• Consider multiple correct results in equations-parser automated tests
• Remove logs from regex function
• Create weekyear(date) function
• Create regex(input, pattern) function
• Write tests and execute them with github actions
• Enable variable creatio on the fly
• Improve unneeded ternary operator
• Create helper functions inside EquationParser namespace
• Fixing compilation error on GCC 11.3.0
