[tests-only][full-ci] Test: make test suites included inside davOperations pipeline run over k8s

Description

In this PR, "k8s": True, is included under the pipeline davOperations to see if test suites mentioned under this ("apiSpacesDavOperation", "apiDownloads", "apiAsyncUpload", "apiDepthInfinity", "apiArchiver", "apiActivities"), run fine when k8s is enabled
