Summary

• add a detailed technical specification for the incoming logistics flow between UT and WMS Yarus
• describe data model changes for supplier orders, delivery regions, trips, and linked receipt orders
• document validation rules, exchange mappings, statuses, ARM screens, reporting requirements, and acceptance scenarios

Notes

• the current repository does not contain the actual UT/WMS source codebase, so this change delivers the requested analysis as a specification artifact
• implementation should follow the documented staged rollout and open questions sections
