This is a (primarily) web based piece of Trials software, written as Work Package 4 (WP4) to administer a Kidney Transplant trial.

1. Finish testing the Procurement Data models via the Admin interface. Test for basic CRUD functionality (Validation comes later)
2. Set up test server and establish a basic publishing routine
3. Start work on the User facing implementation of the Procurement process
