The 4.x docs still pointed new users at a bare
serverlesswizard and stale Serverless example template URLs, which made the setup path from #405 fail. This replaces the quickstart with a manual minimal Lambda Function URL service, documents the supported local and remotecreatetemplate inputs, and updates runnable 4.x examples across the docs to useosls. It also includes the IAM guide formatting changes required by the current CI formatter.
