maybe dumb a bit unrelated question but why not remove stuff from the initial map instead of adding an exclusion list?

@vinckr there is no "initial list", the list in the file is just a map to add prettier names.

Instead, we list all repos in the ory GH org and sync to all those, that are not named in the exclusion list.
