What changes have you made?
Adds a guide and setup script to configure a multi-interface Debian device as a LAN testing device acting as client and server for LAN-only Orb to Orb testing.
Why are these changes helpful?
This is a complex but useful configuration for isolating Wi-Fi performance measurement from WAN performance with a single device.
