Description

This server provides tools to interact with the OCI Recovery Service resources.
It includes tools to help with reporting on backups utilizing the Recovery Service.

I used MCP Inspector to test the new tools I added

• [x ] Test B - Listed the databases using the recovery service in a compartment using list_databases_using_recovery_service and passing a compartment ID
• [x ] Test C - Listed the recovery service subnets using the recovery service in a compartment using list_recovery_service_subnets and passing a compartment ID
• [x ] Test d - Reported on the usage and cost with get_tenancy_cost_sunmmary
