start of blue_line

Based off of the work that I had previously done and uploaded, getting the assistant to work on at least the blue line was the target for todays milestone and was to be completed by my partner with me helping out if he had any questions on what i've already done.

My partner seemingly hasn't done anything and if he does decide to upload something to GitHub within the next hour then he can create a release with v0.21.
