This PR is just to agree on:

  1. JSON Fields.
  2. release-notes sections (markdown and html).
  3. Release names.

Once this is agree, a new PR will be submitted to correct tags.

First release titled Abstraction is added.
The release includes:

  1. Json file describing the repos.
  2. html file of release-notes.
  3. markdown file of release-notes.

Please correct the checks on the PR prior to approval:

  1. The checking needs to be signed as part of the DCO action
  2. The commit needs to follow the guidelines. I suggest re-naming the commit "docs: include opt first release"
  3. The markdown file needs to pass the lint checking for the format.

@sandersms . Thanks. I have fixed the issues. There are tags missing for bunch of repos. Can you please help in tagging them? I can do if you can suggest me the appropriate tags to use.
