The 4.0.0.10 source tarball (only) fails to build with Meson 1.10.0 due to a Meson bug. d91ccc3 fixed this, but we should bump the API to avoid confusion. Signed-off-by: Benjamin Gilbert <bgilbert@cs.cmu.edu>
