Resolve all Vale AsciiDocDITA errors and warnings to prepare the configuring-hardware-offloading assembly and its modules for DITA conversion. Changes include adding short descriptions, replacing callouts with bullet lists, extracting inline prerequisites to a new module, fixing terminology, and correcting content type.
