Looks like statefulsets did have quite a few changes in release-0.16.

We probably will need to force merge this as I think the failures are related to the test code being updated but the upstream images are still out dated.

I have not but I think we can merge this anyway since we should update our submodule. And then we can ask RHOAI team to confirm if this fixes the issue they have.
