Description

On this PR we are introducing enrollments table, and on click on the 3 dots menu at top we display check enrollment status modal

On following PRs we will include:

• Main buttons functionality
• Action buttons functionality
• Filters
• Error handling

Testing instructions

• Should test with this openedx platform branch: feat: Add enrollments v2 list endpoint openedx-platform#38155
• Go to the page for enrollments, with a valid course id, example:
  http://apps.local.openedx.io:2003/instructor/course-v1:DV-edtech+check+2025-05/enrollments
• You should see enrollments table
• on click on the three dot menu you should see the enrollment status modal

We're trying to move away from some deprecated patterns in this codebase. Please

• Any new files are using TypeScript (.ts, .tsx).
• Deprecated propTypes, defaultProps, and injectIntl patterns are not used in any new or modified code.
• Tests should use the helpers in src/testUtils.tsx (specifically initializeMocks)

• All new i18n messages in messages.ts files have a description for translators to use.
