This is a carry of #376, as well as adding statistics to
kmem.tcp. This cgroup knob does not have the same requirement askmem(it must be set before any processes enter the cgroup), so we can treat it like any other memory knob.Signed-off-by: Aleksa Sarai asarai@suse.de
