An autonomous HR assistant (448 ⭐, MIT) that answers employee queries using three specialized tools: semantic policy retrieval over an HR document (Pinecone/OpenAI vector store), employee data analysis via a Python/pandas REPL, and arithmetic. Includes two implementations — a 2023 LangChain/GPT-3.5 version and a modern 2026 OpenAI Responses API version with GPT-5 reasoning summaries.

agent.yaml+SOUL.mdhas been opened against the upstream repo: stepanogil/autonomous-hr-chatbot#9.The files are already live on the fork's default branch for CI validation.
