Refresh stream-kit docs and agent context

Summary

• refresh the root docs to reflect the now-working Cloudflare deployed streaming path
• add a small docs/ catalog for architecture, OGS integration, and current status
• add repo-local CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md symlink so agent context matches the docs TOC
• update the Cloudflare example README and capture completed work vs next steps
