Holding off — this changes requires-python from >=3.9,<3.14 to >=3.14,<3.15, which would drop support for Python 3.9–3.13 entirely. Similar concern to the Go version PR: we should support the oldest Python version that is still in active upstream support (currently 3.10). Suggest updating to >=3.10 rather than requiring exactly 3.14.
