Changes README.md line 39 only: the chock install pin moves from 992711af4cf8d4fd9c4c861f10ef6e53374d75d7 to 5a4b6287a46e07f9f856d9bbe10622bd1ff2e021 (E2, plan item P-4). CI installs chock from this README pin, so no other file needs the SHA.

Expected red CI: chock check and chock sync --check fail until the owner runs owner-release.ps1 -Step R2 -Repo chock-example, which syncs at E2 on this branch (org-plan da8a50f). The compiled tree, hook configs and lock are owner-only, so this PR does not sync. The same failures occur on unmodified main under E2, so the pin bump exposes them and did not cause them.

CI check is red on bf369e4: chock check exits 1 with compiled_drift errors, the same as unmodified main run under E2. It is not caused by this change, which only edits the README pin. The fix is chock sync at E2, which rewrites owner-only files (compiled tree, hook configs, chock.lock), so I am not pushing it. It lands when the owner runs owner-release.ps1 -Step R2 -Repo chock-example on this branch. No re-run: the result is deterministic.
