Hi, I'm Olivia

Epidemiologist & emerging HEOR/RWE analyst · MS Nutrition Epidemiology & Data Science, Tufts University (May 2026)

I build reproducible analytic pipelines and extract decision-ready insights from complex, multi-source real-world datasets — with a focus on aging cohorts, dietary epidemiology, and evidence synthesis.

Currently a Graduate Researcher at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging, where I manage concurrent data workflows across epidemiological studies on a cohort of 40,000+ participants.

What I work on

  • Longitudinal cohort analysis — aging, dietary intake, and clinical outcomes (NECS, HRS)
  • Real-world evidence & outcomes research — observational study design, multivariable regression, survival analysis
  • Evidence synthesis — systematic reviews and meta-analysis across RCTs and observational studies
  • ETL & data engineering — harmonizing messy, multi-source clinical and dietary datasets into analysis-ready form
  • Reproducible research — version-controlled pipelines from raw data ingestion through stakeholder-ready output

Tools & methods

Statistical programming: SAS (advanced) · R · Python · SQL · Stata
Methods: Cox PH & Kaplan-Meier survival analysis · GEE · multivariable regression · propensity scoring · meta-analysis · mixed-effects models
Data engineering: ETL pipeline design · multi-source harmonization · missing data assessment · QC protocols
Visualization & communication: ggplot2 · Tableau · Excel · translating RWE findings for clinical and executive audiences
