1	docs/concepts/oauth-claims/index.md	Retitled "OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect claims" → "OAuth 2.0 claims and scopes". Added note listing scopes not supported in OIN (offline_access, custom scopes like groups). Preview
2	docs/concepts/oauth-openid/index.md	Added a note pointing OIN integrators to the new OIDC/OAuth 2.0 integration limitations section. Preview
3	docs/guides/build-sso-integration/main/index.md	Removed the entire "Overview" section (SSO intro, OIDC vs SAML recommendation, deployment models).
4	docs/guides/build-sso-integration/main/openidconnect/prep.md	(File deleted) intro implementation list, OAuth 2.0 flow, Scopes, URI, Token validation, Key rotation, Rate limit considerations); the remaining "OIDC customer org credentials" section was deleted in the latest commit, removing the file entirely.
5	docs/guides/build-sso-integration/main/openidconnect/see-also.md	File deleted. Removed the OIDC see-also link list (OAuth 2.0 vs OpenID Connect, Express Configuration, Okta Developer Forum, redirect/embedded authentication guides).
6	docs/guides/submit-app-prereq/main/index.md	Added new "Rate limit considerations" subsection. Expanded "OIDC/OAuth 2.0 integration limitations" with content moved from prep.md (Web App type, native/mobile guidance, Implicit flow guidance, authorization server URLs, SDK validation note). Added note that OIN Wizard rejects new SAML integrations with >3 app instance variables. Merged SDK validation note into the existing OIN Wizard admin-roles note. Preview
7	docs/reference/rate-limits/index.md	Added note listing public metadata endpoints not subject to rate limits (moved from prep.md). Preview
8	docs/reference/rl2-monitor/index.md	Added concurrent rate limit header behavior details and temporary rate limit increase guidance (both moved from prep.md). Preview
