• 슬림 스트립 배너가 너무 작아 잘 안 보이는 문제 수정
• 카드 형태로 복원하되 그라디언트 배경 제거 (bg-blue-50 단색)
• 기능 아이콘 (시세차트 / 목표가 알림 / 실시간 랭킹) 재추가
• Google로 계속하기 버튼 흰 배경 테두리 스타일

• 비로그인 상태에서 /home 접속 시 카드 배너 노출 확인
• 로그인 상태에서 배너 미노출 확인
