This PR updates the README to document a correct and isolated ESP-IDF v5.5 setup for ESP32-P4.
The previous instructions could cause conflicts when multiple ESP-IDF versions were installed, especially reusing Python environments from v5.4, leading to failed installs and activation errors.
The updated documentation aligns with the official ESP-IDF v5.5 guide, clarifies Python requirements, adds environment isolation via IDF_TOOLS_PATH, and improves submodule and build instructions.
