Hi,
thanks for the crate. This PR adds a feature flag for linking with the "lean" runtime library. The lean runtime can only be used to run inference so the feature flag removes all the builder configuration code. The motivation for me is to produce smaller docker containers for deployment. To use it you need to build your engine with the
kVERSION_COMPATIBLEflag and either setkEXCLUDE_LEAN_RUNTIMEwhen building or callsetEngineHostCodeAllowedon your runtime. The PR includes setters for these flags.(There is also a TensorDataType enum in this PR, I can split the PR up if you want but I figured it was not so much code anyway so I left it for now.)
