This PR adds the Progress Pride Flag and the Global Inclusive Pride Flag:
The progress flag looks fine, but the global inclusive one's circle renders rough on the frontend despite being a perfectly fine circle in the SVG. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about that without altering the rendering for everything else?
Anyway, very fun little project! Thanks for making this!
