Changes:

• decouples the shake motion from UIWindow object and instead sends a notification. This allows for more flexibility if a user already had their own UIWindow subclass, or wanted to use some motion other than shake. Users can programmatically pull up the action sheet with the SBBark singleton - [[SBBark sharedBark] showBark]
• For clarity, SBBarkDelegate implementation is now required and included in the installation instructions.
