Adds Rule: blocks with @id-tagged Examples to all 14 baselined features: - nest, config-reading, id-generation, status - cache-management, template-customization - sync-create, sync-update, sync-cleanup - adapter-contract, pytest-adapter - parameter-handling, deprecation-sync - hatch All criteria frozen after this commit.
