PC Scope bug fixing

• this release change way in which DSO.dll is being loaded onto GUI

Select x86 version only when regular version not working.

PC Scope bug fixes and minor improvements

What's new:

• fixing bug for bad cursors working at sensitivity below 1v/div
• fixing bug with auto trig button not correctly setting trigger while vertical position changed
• minor other changes
  Knowns bugs:
• in order to fixing cursors working i needed to huge increase trackbar positions, redrawns of window takes a while because of this
