Doc/fix incorrect docs

Description

• Reordered documentation for the atom static variables, to make sure that they refer to the correct item.
• Corrected a link that was incorrectly pointing to the wrong atom crate.

Good catch. A lot of docs are probably out of sync by now as I've changed a bunch of stuff. I plan on doing a round of cleanups fairly soon ot get the rest of it.
