Pull #120 with some changes to fork code to support use of curses screen directly. This supports apps that do major work outside of the usual event loop.
Moved mouse_enable to class NPSApp.init instead of run() function.
Added class NPSApp.init option to enable color.
Removed a bunch of curses init code in NPSApp that seemed to be managed elsewhere already.
