This change implements the `Symbol.dispose` key in the `ModuleHooks` class as an alias for deregister. This makes `registerHooks` work with the `using` keyword. Fixes: nodejs#63846 Signed-off-by: Remco Haszing <remcohaszing@gmail.com>
