Increased time for raster saved in stage2Core
in GUI:
Fixed error when trying to plot raster plots
Do not plot rejected clusters in raster graph
Added percentage of refractory violations
plot up to 16 subplots in cluster comparison (so that 16 channels shanks can be visualized in a single figure)
