Summary

  • add an auto PET-to-anatomical registration mode that runs ANTs and FreeSurfer in parallel and scores alignments
  • expose the winning transform and registration winner metadata for reports and downstream steps
  • document and test the new auto selection pathway

Testing

  • pytest petprep/workflows/pet/tests/test_fit.py::test_init_pet_fit_wf_auto_registration
