Some people present with a fixed pointer and would rather not see the toolbar at all, neither when the pointer turns on nor when the mouse reaches the bottom of the screen.

This adds Settings → Appearance → Toolbar → Show the toolbar (on by default, so nothing changes for existing users).

  • Preferences.showToolbar (key showToolbar), included in Reset all.
  • OverlayController only reveals the toolbar when the setting is on. It still shows while Accessibility permission is missing, so the permission button stays reachable.
  • The Appearance page now stacks its cards in a VStack, like General does.

Built with swift build -c release; running it locally with the setting off.

Settings → Appearance → Toolbar → Show the toolbar (on by default).
When off, the toolbar no longer appears when the pointer turns on or when
the mouse reaches the bottom of the screen. It still shows while
Accessibility permission is missing, so the permission button stays
reachable.
