All-in-One brings together everyday tools in a single desktop app. It combines productivity features, games, PDF utilities, and AI-powered services. Use it for file conversion, managing your files, generating passwords, checking world dates, playing Tic Tac Toe and Chess, editing PDFs, and using smart AI tools for summaries and translations.
This guide walks you through downloading and running All-in-One on Windows. You don’t need any programming skills. Just follow the steps, and you will have the app ready in minutes.
All-in-One includes:
- Convert files between common formats

Make sure your PC meets these conditions:
- Windows 10 or later (64-bit recommended)
- 4 GB of RAM or more
- 500 MB free disk space
- Internet connection for AI features and updates

Visit the All-in-One release page by clicking the link below:

On the release page, look for the latest version. It usually appears at the top.

Find the Windows installer. It will have a name ending with
.exe. -
Click the
.exefile to start downloading. Save it to a location you can easily find, like the Desktop or Downloads folder. -
Once downloaded, double-click the file to start installation.

Follow the on-screen instructions:
- Click “Next” on the welcome screen.
- Accept the license agreement.
- Choose an install location or leave the default.
- Click “Install” to begin.

Wait for the setup to finish.

Click “Finish” to close the installer and launch All-in-One.
After installation:
- Find the All-in-One icon on your desktop or Start menu.
- Double-click the icon to open the app.
- You may see a welcome screen with quick tips. You can read these or skip.
- Click “File Tools” to convert files. Supported formats include PDF, DOCX, TXT, JPG, and others.
- Use the “Organizer” to create folders and move files around.
- Select files or folders and drag them inside the app window to manage quickly.
- Open the Password Generator.
- Choose the length of your new password.
- Select options for including numbers, symbols, and uppercase letters.
- Click “Generate.” Copy the password for use.
- Use the World Date Converter to check times in different countries.
- Enter a date and time, pick a city or time zone, and see the result immediately.
- Open the “Games” section.
- Choose Tic Tac Toe for a quick match.
- Pick Chess for a full game with computer opponent options.
- Use the mouse to play moves.
- Load PDFs into the app.
- Highlight or underline text.
- Add notes or fill forms if needed.
- Save changes back to a PDF file.
- Enter text into the AI Assistant.
- Select “Summarize” to get a brief overview.
- Choose “Translate” and pick the language you want.
- The AI handles multiple languages for easy understanding.
- Open the “Settings” menu from the top right.
- Change themes between light and dark mode.
- Manage app updates.

- Check your internet connection for AI features.
- Restart the app by closing it and opening again.

All-in-One processes data locally except for AI tasks, which require internet. The app does not store personal information beyond your device unless you opt in for cloud sync (which is off by default).
