docs: Update info box and add NI-created/supported note

What does this Pull Request accomplish?

README.rst:

• Update info box to use the same terminology as the updated repo "About" box. Remove GitHub link from the info box; users viewing the README on GitHub are already here, and users viewing the README on PyPI can follow the "Homepage" link.
• Add "NI created and supports nimi-python."

about_${module_name}.inc:

• Add "NI created and supports ${module_name}."
