npm install, and setup a MySQL account.

Setup a .env file with the following parameters: MYSQL_HOST='' MYSQL_USER='' MYSQL_PASSWORD='' MYSQL_DATABASE=''

Use the sample sql session file to run SQL queries to setup the database for using the app.
