This repository is the single source of truth for Dynatrace observability across all services in the ADO project. It owns two distinct layers, a platform layer which is applied once by the SRE team via Terraform. and an application layer which is scaffolded into every service repo automatically by the bootstrap pipeline and deployed continuously by Argo CD.
