Update Agent OpenTelemetry Configs

Proposed changes

Changes for next Agent Release:

• Update OTel Config examples in Third-party OTel Collector section of Agent docs to match new naming in OTel.
• Update troubleshooting docs in Nginx One Console docs to match the new OTel collector Agent will generate due to the Otel naming changes.
