Maintenance updates:

  • migrate from webpack to vite
  • update npm packages
  • setup psalm6, update CI
  • use outline icons
  • migrate to Vue 3 and nextcloud/vue 9 (NC30+)
  • drop support of Nextcloud 28 & 29
