This is an attempt to fix some bugs in the helm chart. Changes are so small that I don't think that splitting them in a separate PRs is required.
Changes are split into commits:
endstatement in roles, which trims all roles when autogenerate cert is set to falseneuvector-svc-controllersvc instead ofneuvector-svc-controller-api(since it talks on api port anywa, it works because of k8s services implementation detail)
