This commit adds support for attributing a type with DataContractAttribute to signal that only type members explicitly attributed with DataMemberAttribute should be included for serialization
This commit adds unit tests for serialization behaviour when the type is attributed with DataContractAttribute
This commit adds an InterfaceDataContractAttribute that can be applied to interfaces to serialize only those members explicitly attributed with DataMemberAttribute. DataContractAttribute cannot be applied to interfaces.
