chore: normalize package repository metadata

Summary

• normalize package repository metadata from unauthenticated git protocol to HTTPS git URL
• update the published package manifests for:
  • react-native-web
  • babel-plugin-react-native-web
• leave runtime code, dependencies, entry points, package file lists, and versions unchanged

Validation

• node metadata assertion across both changed manifests
• npm pack --dry-run --ignore-scripts --json in both changed package directories
• git diff --check
