Uploading prototype ingestion script

I was working on a Python script to ingest logs and insert records in the database. I also have a SQL file with a schema that I was planning to use (inspired by XALT's DB), but I hadn't created the tables on the MariaDB instance. The script scrapes logs into Python objects, and I wrote a method to write to the DB, but I didn't get a chance to test the latter.
