Enhance the NaNLABS organization profile README with a comprehensive internal section for employees and a complete catalog of all repositories (internal, client, open-source).

2. Development References table: terraform-aws-modules, devops-reference, frontend-reference, backend-reference, nancy.js, etc.
3. Engineering Labs table: AI, data engineering, Python labs, devsecops training
4. Internal Tools & Skills table: JIRA/Confluence skills, MCP examples, pr-analyzer, infra tools, skillshouse, slack-app, sops
5. Client Projects (Active) table: All active client repos listed
6. Archived / Archived Clients table: All archived/repo'd projects clearly marked
7. Expanded Open Source Projects section: terraform-aws-modules added as star item, all featured repos with descriptions
8. Updated Contributing section: References the CONTRIBUTING.md file
9. Added License section: MIT License reference

README.md (root):

• Added description of what this repository contains (org-level config)
