Moved to self hosted runners to preserve usual minutes and some updates/cleanup. |
- Remove bogus `libavutil` package (only `libavutil-dev` exists) - Drop macOS brew install step (can't run as root on self-hosted) - Assume macOS runner has deps pre-installed (same as iroh)

This should be in a decent spot rn, but I got no clue about what clippy is complaining about, presumably some API diff that still has to be handled. |

Oh sorry @Arqu this is very outdated and should've been closed. All current development is on the dev branch. Should I port your changes over, or do you want to have another look at the current state of the dev branch first? |

Ooof that explains a lot, I was mostly hunting down CI minutes and looking to offload stuff to self hosted runners. It will probably still be useful. I'll take a look at that one and then probably create a separate PR into yours. |
