ChunkAssist

LAMMPS fix ave/chunk and fix ave/time output assistant. You can use this tool to animate outputs from "fix ave/chunk" or "fix ave/time vector mode".

• Export data on specific timestep to file
• Export data for a range of timestep to file

Getting Started

Prerequisites:

• NUMPY - https://numpy.org/install/
• Matplotlib - https://matplotlib.org/stable/users/getting_started/index.html#installation-quick-start

Usage:

Run "ChunkAssist.py" from /src directory.

cd src
python ChunkAssis.py 

If you need a sample to test the program check /sample directory.
