Module to allow a YouTube channel to be looked up in Ghunt. Rough version.

Another thought - should probably add a check at the front-end of the code to see if the channel was created after the removal of Google Plus ID's from the source HTML of YouTube channels. If so, there is no need to check the Wayback machine or any other archive because the GAIA ID won't be there. |

In issue #323, YouTube functionality was broken. My Python is not great, but I have figured out a workaround. Feel free to implement an improved version of this change into GHunt.
